Parts, Not Just Systems
Most of this site is written for someone specifying a system from scratch. This page is not. It is for the person who knows exactly which fitting they need, has a job waiting, and wants to know whether we have it and how quickly they can have it.
Everything listed here is held in Amman rather than ordered in from Europe when you ask, which is the difference between a job that continues tomorrow and a job that waits three weeks. The showroom in Khalda doubles as the counter: call ahead, tell us the size, and collect.
We supply the trade on the same terms as everyone else: contractors, plumbing and heating shops, and traders reselling on. If you are buying repeatedly, talk to us about it rather than ordering piecemeal.
What We Hold
Sizes below are what is actually on the shelf, not the manufacturer's full catalogue. Anything in the wider Maincor, Lato, Bongioanni or Fischer ranges can be ordered in; ask and we will tell you the lead time honestly rather than quoting you a date we invented.
Pipe
Three constructions, because they solve different problems. Multilayer PE-RT/AL holds its shape when you bend it and has an aluminium oxygen barrier; PE-RT is the softer, cheaper run for screed loops; PEX-a is the most forgiving under repeated flexing and kinks the least on a cold day.
- PE-RT/AL multilayer
- 16×2.0, 20×2.0 / 20×2.25, 25×2.5, 32×3.0, 40×4.0 mm. Coils of 50 m and 200 m; 3.5 m and 5 m straight bars.
- PE-RT
- 16×2.0, 20×2.0, 25×2.3 mm. Coils of 200 m and 300 m.
- PEX-a
- 16×2.0, 20×2.0, 25×2.3, 32×2.9 mm. Coils of 100 m and 300 m.
Press Fittings and Connectors
PPSU press fittings across the same size range as the pipe, plus threaded conversions where the run meets a valve, a manifold or an existing installation.
- PPSU couplers
- 16, 20, 25, 32, 40 mm straight, plus reducing 20×16, 25×16, 25×20, 32×25, 40×32.
- PPSU tees
- 16, 20, 25, 32, 40 mm equal, plus reducing branches: 20×16×20, 25×20×25, 32×25×32 and the rest of the common combinations.
- PPSU elbows, 90°
- 16, 20, 25, 32, 40 mm.
- Threaded conversion nipples
- 16, 20, 25, 32, 40 mm to ½", ¾", 1" and 1¼", male and female thread.
- Threaded elbow connectors
- 16 and 20 mm to ½", male and female thread.
- Compression fittings
- 16×2.0 and 20×2.0 mm, where a press joint is not practical.
Manifolds
Stainless steel, 1¼" with flow meters on each circuit, which is what lets a system be balanced rather than guessed at. Loop counts from five to twelve.

- 5 loop (330 mm), 6 loop (380 mm), 7 loop (430 mm), 8 loop (480 mm), 9, 10, 11 loop (630 mm) and 12 loop (680 mm).
- Isolation and ball valves
- 1" isolation valve; 1¼" ball valve, female × male thread.
Underfloor Controls
The zone-control layer. These retrofit onto an existing manifold as readily as they go onto a new one, which is what most calls about them turn out to be.

- 230 V thermal actuators, one per circuit being controlled.
- Digital controller
- Standard 4.0 heating controller, 230 V.
- Terminal strip
- Standard 4.0, 24 V / 230 V, six zones.
- Control panel
- RBR control panel.
- Edge insulation
- Polystyrene expansion joint panel for screed perimeters.
Solar Water Heater Spares
The wear parts. A magnesium anode is a sacrificial component: it corrodes so the steel tank does not. In Jordanian water it is a three-to-five-year item on any glass-lined tank, not only ours. Check the thread and length against what came out, and it will match.

- 2.5 kW and 3.5 kW, 230 V.

- Frames for one and two panels, panel coupling joints, elbow joints, stop ends for 2.5 m² panels.
Boiler Flue and Accessories
60/100 coaxial is the common European size, so these parts are not particular about whose boiler is underneath them. Bring the old piece or its dimensions.

- 60/100 mm × 1000 mm.
- Vertical coaxial connector
- 60/100, universal.
- Flue kit
- 60/100, L = 750 mm, universal.
- LPG conversion kits
- For the 70 kW and 95 kW boilers.
Pipe Clamps, Anchors and Suspension
The Fischer fixing range is stocked in depth: cushioned and two-screw pipe clamps, sprinkler C-clamps, strut channel, cantilever arms, drop-in anchors, wall plugs, T-head bolts, sealants and foams.

- FRS and FRS Plus, 12–14 mm through to 164–172 mm, M8/M10 boss.
- Sprinkler C-clamps
- FRSP, 1" through 6".
- Strut channel and cantilever arms
- FLS 17, 30 and 37 profiles in 2 m and 3 m; ALK arms 300 and 450 mm.
- Anchors and plugs
- Drop-in anchors EA M8/M10, FBN II bolt anchors, SX and SX Plus plugs 6–10 mm, bulk boxes.

- Silicone, acrylic, PU construction adhesive, PU expansion foam.
We List the Size. You Match It.
You will notice there are no compatibility claims on this page. That is deliberate. We tell you the thread, the diameter, the length and the rating, and you check it against what you are replacing, because a dimension is true no matter whose equipment it came out of, and a promise that something "fits any brand" is one we would eventually be wrong about.
If you are not sure what you are looking at, photograph the old part with something for scale, send it on WhatsApp, and we will tell you what it is and whether we have it. That is faster than describing it, and it is a call we take all day.
The Press Tool
Press fittings need a press tool, and buying one for a job that uses it twice makes no sense. We lend ours, an ACO 103 with jaws from U16 to U40, free for a day or two to anyone buying the materials that need it. No charge and no deposit.
That is normal practice in this market rather than something we invented, but it is worth stating plainly: if the tool is the reason you were not going to specify press-fit, it is not a reason.
If Something Has Stopped Working
We do not carry out repairs ourselves. What we do is work out what is actually wrong, tell you which part it needs, and put you in touch with someone who can fit it, then stay available to both of you while the job is done.
That is worth saying because a system that is underperforming is usually not broken. More often it is a spent anode, a failed actuator, a thermostat that has drifted, or a circuit that was never balanced. Those are parts and adjustments, not replacements, and knowing which one you are dealing with is most of the job.

Both, on the same terms. A good share of what leaves the counter goes to contractors, plumbing and heating shops, and traders reselling on. If you buy repeatedly it is worth talking to us about that directly rather than ordering piece by piece.
Will these parts fit equipment I did not buy from you?
Check the dimension rather than the brand. We publish the thread, diameter, length and rating of everything we hold precisely so you can match it against what you are replacing. Many of these parts are made to common European sizes, such as 60/100 coaxial flue, ¾" anode threads and 230 V immersion elements, so they are not particular about the badge on the equipment. Where something is specific to one manufacturer's design, we will tell you so rather than sell you a part that will not go in.
Is it in stock, or does it come from Europe?
Everything listed on this page is held in Amman. Anything else in the Maincor, Lato, Bongioanni or Fischer catalogues can be ordered in, and we will give you an honest lead time rather than a comfortable one. Call or send a WhatsApp before travelling and we will confirm what is on the shelf.
Do I have to buy a press tool to use press fittings?
No. We lend the ACO 103 press tool with jaws from U16 to U40, free for a day or two, to anyone buying the materials that need it, with no charge and no deposit. That is standard practice in this market, but worth stating: the tool is not a reason to avoid press-fit.
My solar heater is not heating. What is it likely to be?
In Jordanian water the most common causes are a spent magnesium anode, a failed immersion element, or a thermostat that has drifted. All of those are parts rather than a new system. Scale and a poorly performing collector loop are the next most common. Send us a photo of the tank and its label on WhatsApp and we will narrow it down, tell you which part it needs, and put you in touch with someone who can fit it.
