HVAC & AC Systems
HVAC & AC: The System Your Load Calls For
Twenty-five years of HVAC engineering behind the specification, and no AC stock pushing it. Split systems or central plant, sourced from whichever manufacturer fits.
Why This Service Exists
Air conditioning is one of the most over-specified and under-optimised systems on most Jordanian construction projects. Units are oversized for comfort, undersized for load, or specified from a supplier catalogue rather than a load calculation. The result is higher capital cost, higher running cost, and frequent callbacks.
Our approach is different. We carry no AC stock, so the specification is settled before the supply question is ever asked. Eng. Mohammed Taha, our technical principal, is a mechanical engineer with 25 years of HVAC experience and a recognised authority on mechanical systems in Jordan's built environment; the recommendation is his, based on your project.
On central plant we stay fully brand-agnostic. We procure from whichever manufacturer the load calls for, or the one you have already specified. On split systems, where budget is usually the deciding factor, we also offer units assembled here in Jordan. They carry the manufacturer's own name rather than ours: badging them as our own would mean committing to volume and holding stock, and not holding stock is the whole point. There is one on display in our showroom. If you would rather have a different brand on a split job, we will source that instead.
Once the specification is right, we handle the sourcing on your behalf.
Key Benefits
- Independent, brand-agnostic specification: the right system for the project, not the right sale for us
- 25 years of HVAC expertise: led by a recognised technical authority in the Jordanian market
- Full project integration: AC specified alongside your heating, solar and fixing systems, from one source
- Sourcing on your behalf: we handle procurement, logistics and delivery
- Single point of responsibility: one phone call covers every mechanical system in your project
Who This Is For
- Developers building residential, commercial or mixed-use projects who want a single mechanical systems partner
- Mechanical engineers and MEP consultants seeking independent load-based specification advice
- General contractors coordinating full mechanical scopes, and project consultants reviewing submittals for compliance and value engineering
- Facilities managers planning retrofit or replacement of existing plant
HVAC specification is not about brochures. It is about heat loads, occupancy patterns, air change rates, duct pressure losses, and the realities of how a building will be operated once the handover is complete. On a well-run project, the HVAC system is one of the quieter components of building success. On a poorly specified project, it is one of the loudest sources of complaint.
Our consultancy service begins with your project brief, drawings and, where needed, a site visit. Eng. Mohammed Taha reviews the mechanical scope, performs or validates load calculations, assesses system-level integration with heating and ventilation, and produces a specification recommendation that can be used directly in tender documents.
From there, we source. We have established procurement relationships with the major HVAC manufacturers and can handle the full commercial cycle on your behalf: quotations, order placement, shipping, customs and delivery to site. Because we are not locked into any single brand, you are not locked in either.
For developers and contractors building in Jordan today, this is the cleanest possible way to procure AC: independent technical advice up front, then trusted commercial execution behind it.
Heating and Cooling Are One Mechanical Scope
The same building model produces both loads, and the same drawing set carries both scopes.
Bongioanni Boilers
The walls, windows, orientation and how the space is used all set the cooling load, and they set the heat loss the boiler has to cover too, so the two are sized from one model.

A building heated from the floor does not need its air system to carry heat, which changes what the cooling equipment is selected to do.
